How simple can life be? If you manufacture a product, wholesale it, import or export it, all you have to do is complete the online Enquiry Form, receive an acknowledgement with an actual quote, and send the product (with whatever instructions you have) to one of our offices. We shall select (sometimes if appropriate, randomly off the street) three different types of people that may purchase or use that product. They will each follow the instructions, closely watched by our trained staff, any comments made i.e. if they had difficulties or where life could be made a little easier are noted and qualified. Our technical authors will then edit the instructions, we then repeat the process and return them to you with all the reasons why there were changes. If you wish we can also video (CD/DVD) the proceedings so your future products can have a more of a head start.

We will then send the product back (costed within quote), but if you don’t need it returned, we shall verifiably and certifiably send it to a registered charity (from the list below, or one of your choice) and you can claim the cost as a charitable donation in your accounts.
